Uncontested Divorce

Representing With Respect

An uncontested divorce, is one where both sides of the relationship are informed and agree on the big issues in their divorce, a simple, non-confrontational divorce can save substantial amounts of time and money.

As a divorcing couple, uncontested divorces contain agreement on all major issues: financial, property and parenting.

Your settlement, and your final divorce, will have to be approved by a judge, which shouldn’t be a problem. The judge will typically approve a settlement agreement unless it’s clear that the terms are completely unfair to one person or were arranged when one person was under duress.
